Refunds
We pride ourselves on our great customer service. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@superiortextsales.com.
We will authorize the return, and you can mail the book back to our
warehouse for a full refund of the book price. If the return is due to
our error, we will also refund the shipping charge.
Shipping
We package most of our orders in bubble mailer envelopes or
cardboard boxes, depending on the price and destination. All of our
orders ship with free delivery confirmation, and most will ship within
1 business day of placing the order.
Currently we only
ship to locations in the United States (This includes US territories
and military addresses).
For the
convenience of our customers,
all orders are
sent by
USPS Priority Mail or
UPS Ground and usually take between 2-6 business days to arrive.
